1. What is POS ArRahnu Gold?
  POS ArRahnu Gold offers a simple and cost-effective way to own digital gold in quantities that suit all budgets. You can buy, invest, and accumulate digital gold in fractional amounts with multiple redemption options to physical minted gold bars. The company is primarily engaged in ArRahnu (Islamic pawnbroking).
Note:
a) POS ArRahnu Sdn Bhd is the referral of this product.
b) The buying and selling of gold are managed by GO Capital Growth Sdn Bhd (formerly known as ACE Capital Growth), a subsidiary of GO Innovate Asia Berhad.

2. Who owns the gold that I bought?
 
GO Capital Growth purchases large amounts of gold bars and securely stores them in a vault. These gold reserves enable GO Capital Growth to offer economies of scale and pass on the savings to POS ArRahnu Gold users. When you buy POS ArRahnu Gold, you become the rightful owner with a legal title to the gold, while GO Capital Growth serves as the custodian ensuring its safekeeping.


3. How is the quality of the gold ensured?
 
GO Capital Growth ensures the quality of the gold in the following ways:
a) The gold meets the highest quality, i.e., , 24k gold with 999.9 purity, accredited by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA).
b) Gold bars are stored securely in private a vault provided by Safeguards G4S Malaysia (“SG4S”), protected 24 x 7.
c) All gold is insured at its full replacement value.
d) Your gold is stored securely in the Security Vault, which undergoes daily reconciliation and accounting.
e) POS ArRahnu Gold is certified as a Shariah-compliant digital gold product by Shariah Adviser of GO Capital Growth, SALIHIN Shariah Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (“SALIHIN”)., and is in full compliance with the Shariah standard on gold at all times.
f) GO Capital consistently maintains a higher quality of gold in its vault than the total amount held by the customers.


4. Who may open a POS ArRahnu Gold account?
 
You may open a POS Ar-Rahnu Gold account if you are:
a) An individual must be above 18 years and above.
b) Malaysian and permanent residents with valid MyKad & MyTentera
c) Non-Malaysians may also open an account, provided they have a local Current or Saving Bank Account in Malaysia.

PURCHASE OF POS ARRAHNU GOLD

1. What are trading hours to perform gold transactions?
  Transactions Buy, Sell and Convert can be performed on the POS ArRahnu Gold Platform from 8.30 am to 11.59 pm, 365 days a year.

2. How can I be assured of the purity of the gold I buy?
  All gold bars are 999.9 fine gold and come with a registered serial number and Certificate of Authenticity. These bars meet the Good Delivery Standard, ensuring highest levels of purity and quality.

3. What is the live market price and how is the price of POS ArRahnu Gold determined?
  POS ArRahnu Gold is priced by GO Capital Growth on the current live market gold price, which is continuously updated in real-time throughout the day. When you proceed to checkout, the quoted price is the exact amount you would pay at that particular moment. Valid for 20 seconds. If the transaction is not completed within this period, the rate must be refreshed to reflect the latest market price.

5. Do I need to maintain a minimum balance in my POS ArRahnu Gold account?
  Yes, You are required to maintain a minimum balance equivalent to MYR25.00 worth of gold in your POS ArRahnu Gold account at all times. This is to ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the applicable storage fees.

BUY BACK OF POS ARRAHNU GOLD

1. Can I sell my digital gold back to GO CAPITAL GROWTH?
  Yes, you may sell your digital gold back to us at any time, with no additional charges for the transaction. The proceeds from the sale will be credited to the local account registered on the POS ArRahnu Gold platform.

2. When will I get my fund after I sell my digital gold on POS ArRahnu Gold Platform?

STORAGE

1. Is my POS ArRahnu Gold safe?
  Absolutely! Your gold is securely protected through multiple layers of safety, transparency, and compliance:
Gold bars stored with SG4S in a high-security vault and are fully insured for their full replacement value.
Daily metal account statements are issued by SG4S daily, to verify your total gold holdings.
Daily reconciliations are conducted by GO Capital Growth to ensure continuous accuracy and accountability.
An annual audit is carried out by SALIHIN Shariah Advisory Sdn Bhd to confirm Shariah compliance, transparency, and record accuracy.
You can log into your POS ArRahnu Gold account at the Platform, at any time to view your transactions and gold bar holdings.

2. How long I can hold on to my gold?
  There is no minimum or maximum holdings periods . You may keep your digital gold for as long as you wish.

3. What are the storage fees?
  What are the storage fees? The storage fees are 1% per annum, calculated based on your daily gold holdings. The storage fees will be automatically deducted from your available gold balance in your POS ArRahnu Gold account at the end of each month or MYR 1.00 equivalent in grams, whichever is higher. POS ArRahnu Gold is committed to passing on the savings of the storage fee to you as its AUM (Assets Under Management) increases and economies of scale are achieved.

4. Do I have personal access to my gold?
  No, The gold bars are stored in high-security vaults operated bySG4S, and public access is prohibited to maintain security and integrity.

1. How do I convert my POS ArRahnu Gold to Minted gold bars?
  Yes, you have the option to convert your available digital gold balance in your POS ArRahnu Gold account into physical minted gold bars.

2) Packaging and shipment costs are charged only once.
3) GO Capital Growth reserves the right to revise the fulfilment cost from time to time without prior notice. The changes will be based on the charges imposed by the vendor and service providers.
4) The maximum physical gold fulfillment of minted gold bars is 100 grams or a maximum of 30 pieces per parcel, each time.
5) This policy applies to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia; delivery is available in Malaysia only.

During peak seasons, we kindly ask for your understanding as we may require additional time to carefully package and arrange the shipment of the minted gold items.
For physical delivery, the purchaser needs to appoint the seller as his/her agent (wakil) to keep/hold the gold purchased/converted in its custody (wadiah) until the collection takes place by the purchaser or his/her appointed agent (wakil), or delivery of the gold by the agent (wakil).

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT

1. Can my Minted gold bar be returned?
  As a general policy, we do not provide returns for Minted gold bars. However, if you believe your situation falls under exceptional circumstances, please feel free to contact our customer services team for further assistance.

2. What happens if my gold is lost during transit?
  Rest assured that your gold is fully insured. If, for any reason, you do not receive your minted gold bar within the standard stipulated business days after applying for delivery, please reach out to our customer services team immediately. They will guide you through the necessary procedures to address the situation."

1. What is a dormant account?
  A dormant account refers to an account, in this case, the POS ArRahnu Gold account, that has become inactive due to having a NIL (zero) balance in the gold

2. How do I reactivate my dormant account?
  You are required to contact our customer services team.

3. How do I close my POS ArRahnu Gold account?
  For a smooth account closure process of your POS ArRahnu Gold account, please ensure that there are no outstanding gold balances remaining in your account. Next, kindly reach out to our customer services team, and they will be glad to assist you with the account closure request.

1. Is my POS ArRahnu Gold Account protected by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM)?
  POS ArRahnu Gold account is a non-principal guaranteed product, non-interest- bearing account and it is NOT protected by PIDM.

2. Is there any risk exposed to POS ArRahnu Gold account?

The net return on POS ArRahnu Gold is subject to market conditions in the volatile gold market. Returns in gold trading are uncertain, and there is a risk of earning no returns and/or incurring losses.

Pricing Risk

POS ArRahnu Gold customers are advised to manage the risk of losses on financial investments caused by adverse price movements. Examples of market risk include changes in gold prices, interest rate fluctuations, or foreign exchange rate changes.
