1. By communicating with us, utilizing our services, making purchases or transactions, opening a POS ArRahnu Gold account, or engaging in any dealings with us, you acknowledge that you have read and comprehended this Notice. Furthermore, you agree and provide consent for the collection, use, processing, and transfer of your Personal Data by us or on your behalf, as specified in this Notice, in accordance with The Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (IFSA) and The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
2. In this Notice, "Personal Data" refers to information about you that makes you identifiable. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, identification card number, birth certificate number, passport number, nationality, address, telephone number, fax number, bank details, credit card details, race, gender, date of birth, marital status, resident status, education background, financial background, personal interests, email address, occupation, designation/job title in your company, your company details, salary range, the industry in which you work, any information provided by you in electronic registration forms, application forms, or similar documents, and any data collected, stored, used, and processed by us from time to time. This also encompasses sensitive personal data such as information relating to health, political opinions, religious or other similar beliefs, or commission or alleged commission of any offense.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
In order to process your application and fulfill the contractual agreements entered into, we may need to transfer, access, or disclose your personal data to external third parties for the stated Purpose. These external third parties may include, but are not limited to, the following entities:
a) POS ArRahnu Sdn Bhd
b) Any associated, related, holdings and/or subsidiaries of POS ArRahnu Gold, including those incorporated in the future.
c) Our business partners and affiliates.
d) Our auditors, consultants, lawyers, agents, accountants and/or advisors.
e) Marketing research companies.
f) Our third-party service providers such as information technology (IT) service providers for infrastructure, software and development work, third-party management companies, sub-contractors or other parties as may be deemed necessary by us to facilitate your dealings with us.
4. These entities or Third Parties may locate, store, maintain and/or process your Personal Data within or outside of Malaysia.
5. The customer(s) consent and agree to conducting verification of information provided in the customer’s opening of POS ArRahnu Gold Account, specifically for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes. The customer(s) also agree to the disclosure of their details of gold accounts to:
a) Parties providing services (including outsourcing vendors, lawyers, nominees, custodians, centralized securities depository or registrar, to the POS ArRahnu Gold.
b) Agents, consultants, and professional advisers.
c) The police or any investigating officer conducting any investigation.
d) Any person to whom disclosure is permitted or required by any law, regulation, governmental directive, or request.
6. Subject to compliance with applicable regulatory rules or guidelines, any information relating to the customer collected, compiled, or obtained by Go Capital Growth Sdn Bhd (Formally ACE Capital Growth) through any means and methods may be used or applied for purposes determined by the POS ArRahnu Gold Platform.
7. Customers also declare that all personal information and data provided herein are true, up-to-date, and accurate. In the event of any changes to the provided personal information or data, customers shall promptly notify the POS ArRahnu Gold Platform.

1.    The information you provide will be shared and securely retained in compliance with relevant laws governing data security and privacy protection.

2.    The information you authorize us to acquire and share will be utilized to assess your eligibility for the product.
